Have there been any silver-linings for your business as result of COVID?

I have been impressed with our adaptability. It has been amazing to watch people support each other as we learn to balance working remotely and care for our children and families.

How has the pandemic changed the way you go about your business?

It has given us the opportunity to review our strategy and take a closer look at our business model.

If you could try a different job for a day, what would you choose?

I would choose teaching or coaching. I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their goals.

What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

Spend as much time focusing on the possibilities as you spend on learning the current landscape.

What is your mantra?

Lead by example and be your authentic self.

How do you get yourself out of a slump?

I connect with friends and family and spend time doing something I enjoy like taking a walk, or trying a new restaurant.

What companies or leaders do you admire?

I admire leaders who push boundaries in a positive way. Someone who thinks about what could be and turns that idea into action.

What has been the biggest shift you have noticed in your industry in the last decade?

There has been remarkable growth in Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) in the past decade as consumers are taking the opportunity to leverage the benefits that HSAs offer.

Who has been most instrumental in your career?

My parents. They taught me the value of integrity and hard work.

What is your go-to celebration meal, drink, or tradition?

I usually enjoy a meal at home with friends and family. We take turns cooking and trying new recipes.
