If you could try a different job for a day, what would you choose?
I would be a CFO – Chief Farming Officer.

I would recommend that you look for new opportunities in and outside of your current function.

No one company or leader comes to mind, but I know when I meet an authentic leader – it’s someone that everyone wants to listen to naturally.

How do you get yourself out of a slump?
To get out of a slump I go into super organizing mode. I revisit accomplishments and assess my goals. I reach for the one that will give me life again, or I just take time to decompress before jumping back in.
Who has been most instrumental in your career?
My husband.
What has been the biggest shift you’ve noticed in your industry in the last decade?
I have seen the talent become less committed. We used to owe loyalty to the employer, now the employer owes it to the employee.
What is your go-to celebration meal, drink or tradition?
Steak dinner and a martini.
