Mark believes successful hiring is more of an art than a science and is achieved with thorough due diligence and a keen sense of everyone’s motivations.

Mark grew up in Minnesota and really enjoys all the seasons this state has to offer, including winter, as he is a big hockey fan. When he is not working, he also enjoys relaxing at the lake up North, with his wife and two kids.
