Lauren has over 10 years of traditional finance experience, having spent most of her career in the mergers and acquisitions space. She initially valued companies for gifts and estates, transactions, succession planning, and litigation. She then worked at a boutique investment bank specializing in ESOPs. Most recently, Lauren worked in transaction advisory services.

Throughout her career, she has blended technical expertise with her easy professionalism, which lends itself very well to recruiting in the accounting and finance space.

Lauren loves traveling with her husband, studying fashion and interior design, and working out.
